How long will delivery take?

The delivery duration depends on the shipping destination. We rely on Canada Xpresspost, which typically takes between 2 to 3 days. To monitor the progress of your order, simply use the provided tracking number in your order confirmation email and enter it into the designated field on CanadaPost.ca.

What if my package did not arrive?

In the event that your order hasn’t reached you within 2 days past the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re committed to assisting you in locating your order promptly.

For orders that cannot be located, we will replace the original shipment. It’s important to note that exceptions to this guarantee apply to Northern Quebec and the Canadian Territories due to a higher incidence of lost or unrecoverable packages in those regions.

Please also consider any holidays or events that may fall between your shipping and delivery dates, allowing for additional delivery time as needed.

We kindly advise our customers to carefully review their shipping information for accuracy. Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer errors.

The entire process is to be kept anonymous. We ensure that Canada Post is not to be aware of the contents of the package and there is to be no indication or markings on the outside of the package as to its contents.

Additionally, our Xpresspost packages come with a built-in $100 insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage.



In the unfortunate event that a package does not reach its destination or is lost during transit, we will promptly replace it with the same order. For added security, all orders totaling $500 or more require a signature upon receipt.

What exactly happens after ordering?
